In 1996, we create our Olive Mill with a main objective: to develop a quality product with tradition, contributing with the environment protection and the rural development. Because of this, we guarantee a complete production process, from our olives lands to the final product (harvest, milling, storage and bottling).

Production Process
Our crop starts in November, when olives are been picked in their exact point of maduration, through non-aggressive procedures, contributing with the rural development.
