In 1996, we create our Olive Mill with a main objective: to develop a quality product with tradition, contributing with the environment protection and the rural development. Because of this, we guarantee a complete production process, from our olives lands to the final product (harvest, milling, storage and bottling).

Since the beginning, we decided to be Denomination of Origin "Priego de Córdoba" and it means to have an important quality control in our production process, starting with the collection of the olive and finishing with the extraction of the juice, the Olive Oil.

Also, since we started and according to our Quality Policy, we wanted to introduce an Ecologic product and we have managed to have an International and National prestigious with our Ecologic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
